Quick start guide

Create your account

  • Visit app.fintrano.com 
  • Enter your email address and press 'Submit'. It will ask for your name and a password to get you started.
  • Check your email. We send you a test email to check that the address is correct. If you can't find it, check your Junk/Spam folders.
  • Click the link in the email, and you will be logged in.

Quick tip

If you will be using the app to manage jobs, it's best if you create your account using the same phone you will install the app on. It will make logging into the app even quicker!

If you own a business

...you need to create a company

  • Press 'Add company'
  • Enter your company details and press 'Save & continue'
  • Press 'Purchase Grow' - while we are in test mode, this is completely free!
  • If you have workers, give them the Joining Code on the right of the screen, then send them to this page

If you are a worker

...you need to join a company - this is free

  • Press 'Join company'
  • Enter the code the company has given you
  • If you want the company to add jobs to your Fintrano calendar without asking you each time, keep the checkbox checked.

And finally... get the app!

If you go on jobs, you'll need the mobile app to let people know you are on your way.

Android version

Get it on Google Play

While we are in test mode, you'll need to be approved as a tester. To add your name to the list, email us at hello@fintrano.com and let us know the email address associated with your Google account.

iOS version

Download on the App Store

While we are in test mode, you will need to install Apple's TestFlight app before you install Fintrano from the link above.

Quick tip

The email and password you use to log into the website and the app are exactly the same.

This is why it saves time to create your account on the same phone as the app: it already has your details.
