Fintrano is an app that makes it much easier for people in the trades - and in fact anybody who does site visits for their work - to delight their customers by providing high quality communication with no extra effort on their part. We call it Effortless Professionalism™.

If you work on a customer's site, in an ideal world you would send confirmations and reminders, definitely by email, maybe also by text. Larger companies like DHL would improve the customer experience by providing a live tracker so that that customers could see where their worker is, and when they are likely to arrive.
